You need to open a cafe. Even if the food was bad, I'd travel to Colorado just to see the Fantastic Artwork adorning the walls! Of course that wouldn't be the case- I suspect You're a *Terrific Chef* too! THIS IS GREAT!

Ditto Sharon...thanks! I make about one a month and it's surprisingly good without butter & syrup. I saw the idea of an egg within a pancake but i decided to also add bacon. The trick is to make the bacon 1st, then pour pancake batter leaving a hole. Then drop in the egg and sprinkle the bacon, flip when ready. The timing takes some thought, and the end product isn't nearly this pretty. :)
